Free UK delivery for orders over £75

Standard UK delivery for orders under £75 is £3.95 per order.

Free collection from our HQ in Botley – please wait for confirmation that your order is ready.

We work hard to try and post your order within 3 working days however during busy times like Christmas it may take a little longer.

Standard Delivery – We post all orders using Second Class post with Royal Mail, this service usually takes 3 – 5 days for delivery. For gifts that are sent direct from the suppliers warehouse like Hampers the postal service may be different.

Next Day Delivery – At present we are unable to offer a Next Day delivery service but do let us know if you would like us to add this service so we can consider the service for the future.

BFPO and international addresses – We will deliver to BFPO addresses, however do please note it may take longer for your order to arrive. We might consider sending orders internationally however not all gifts can be sent to all countries to please contact us before ordering and be aware that international posting will cost considerably more than delivery within the UK

Gift Aid is a fantastic way to help raise more money however Gift Aid is for donations only. While you are donating to the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust every time you shop, we set the prices which means we can’t take Gift Aid for each and every gift we sell. We understand that this is disappointing to some of our customers but this is the reason why not all your orders can be included in Gift Aid.
Faulty or Broken Item – If you have received a faulty or broken item please let us know as soon as possible we may ask you to return the item. We will offer a voucher or refund for the item, we are not able to repair the item.

Cancel your order – We understand that sometimes you might change your mind on an item and you can cancel your online order in most circumstances.

If we have not yet sent your order please contact us to let us know as soon as possible.

If we have sent your order please let us know you have up to 14 days of receipt of the order to cancel.

  • When your order arrives please return your order unused and returning all parts of the item including any boxes and packaging.
  • If you return your order we cannot refund your postage or any other costs incurred.

We are unable to accept cancellations of orders for perishable goods like foods once they have been dispatched.

Gift Hampers cannot be returned but please tell us if there is a problem.

We take your payment as soon as you confirm your order at the checkout.

Can i buy a gift voucher?
